Imagery Correction Consultation
Have smudgy work? discolored paper? A coffee stain that somehow ended up on your art? Or those pesky ground in pigments that don’t want to leave? We can fix these issues and more with our new digital cleanup services. Hand removed via procreate and photoshop, our aim is to alter the artwork and its design as little as possible while removing all the little imperfections that could take away that professional or perfected quality many of us aim to achieve.
Upon payment being received for either a partial or full hour consultation, some information will be collected via a form so that we can reach out and hold the consultation over a variety of means that works best for you the client (social media such as Facebook/Instagram Messenger, Skype, Phone, etc.). You only need to pay for a single consultation if you wish to have a batch of images worked on, as long as these images are provided during consultation and communicated as a batch correction. All work will be recorded and billed via invoices reflecting the agreed upon work discussed in said consultation.
Revisional work should it be needed will include a free consultation to discuss any issues you may have had done with the prior agreement. any further labor used to correct the second time around may be charged at a reduced rate at the discretion of the Artistic Odysseys representative.
Agreement from both parties to commence work on corrections facilitates the consultation charge to go towards the total bill as a reduction in cost (i.e. your bill is $100, you paid for a full $20 consultation prior, your actual total to pay would be $80).
If however after consultation, an agreement cannot be reached or the client does not wish to proceed with services, this consultation fee is non-refundable as it is an hourly charge of our time used in trying to negotiate a contract to provide services.
*The work will be done on copied files as not to alter the original sent and allow for as many attempts as necessary. This also protects all parties from incurring damages. Once our corrected files have been given over after payment there is no guarantee that our work will not be used regardless if a client says they are displeased. To prevent damages on our end and wasted labor this service is non-refundable as a whole, both for the initial consultation and the developed imagery provided thereafter.
