Day & Night Matte Canvas Print With Black Frame
This is one of my first applicable uses of acrylic paint which allowed me to learn how to apply larger and richer layers of color than I had previously experienced with drawing, achieving deep rich values with this new painting medium. It was also at this time that i developed a fascination with astronomy and science in general. It was the inspiration of how temperature works in reality that inspired the creation of this work. The artwork portrays the cycle of day and night and how the sun rises and provides warmth while the moon catches said light and reflects it, giving us light even in the cold darkness in the absence of the sun.
As for the frame, a black pinewood frame will look sleek and beautiful in any interior. Printed on the cotton-polyester canvas with a special proprietary coating to make sure the design stays vibrant for ages. An excellent product for the environmentally-conscious buyers – made from sustainably sourced materials (Forest Stewardship Council certified).
